The PUBLIC authority for License Manager library (LAKEVIEW) and Assure Security instance libraries is set to *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE during the upgrade to version 7.0.05.00.

Before performing the upgrade, you can run the CHKLIBREF command from LAKEVIEW library to check for any library references that will prevent the upgrade. If this command does not exist in your License Manager version, it is available as a downloaded stream. Refer to the Knowledgebase article for information on how to use CHKLIBREF and instructions for downloading the stream file.
