When you plan to install a new instance from a stream file (STMF) and License Manager is not installed on that system, you must download the INSPRD.SYSTEMI.STM file from Support.

After downloading INSPRD, complete the remaining steps in the preparation checklist for a new instance. Do not attempt to use the INSPRD utility in advance. When you are ready to start installing software, the instructions in Install a new instance using commands will direct you when to use the INSPRD utility.
