All the required objects for Assure Elevated Authority Manager are transferred with the Assure Security library.

Optionally, clear the logs referencing EAM jobs on the source system by running the following commands:

  • CLRPFM FILE(SECOPS/FIQSJ001)
  • CLRPFM FILE(SECOPS/FIQSS001)
  • CLRPFM FILE(SECOPS/FIQSL001)
The system name in EAM rules must be changed from the source system to the target system. Follow these steps to change the rules:
  1. Run the WRKQSRUL command.
  2. Enter option 2 next to each rule to change it. The System option is on the top right of the screen.
  3. Alternatively, you can change all the rules with a single command. Run the following SQL statement, replacing NEW_SYS with the name of the target system:
    UPDATE SECOPS/FIQSR001 SET QCSYSNAM = 'NEW_SYS'
