Logging In - Assure_Security_Risk_Assessment_(SRA) - 3.0

This section describes the process of logging in to the Security Risk Assessment module.

1. Start the GUI application by double-clicking the Assure Security Risk Assessment icon.
2. Click Host Login in the Tasks area on the left.
   
3. For the Host, enter the IP address of the host server. Enter any user name and password authorized for FTP.
   The Assure Security Risk Assessment GUI communicates with the IBM i host via FTP.
4. For the Connection Type, select one of these options:
   1. Regular FTP sessions only. The default port is 21.
   2. SSL/TLS and regular sessions (Explicit mode). The default port is 21.
   3. SSL/TLS sessions only (Implicit mode). The default port is 990.
5. Click on Set Default Port to view the default port. You can change the port manually if necessary.
   Note: A user must have the *SECADM, *ALLOBJ and *AUDIT special authorities to access Assure Security Risk Assessment.
