MIMIX and
License Manager now allow upgrades using user profiles without *ALLOBJ, *SECADM, or other
special authorities.
When performing an upgrade with a basic profile (with no special authorities), you need *ADM Product Level Security (PLS) for License Manager and the product you are upgrading, in addition to *USE authority to the RSTOBJ command. However, when installing new instances, upgrading License Manager to 10.0.23 or when only License Manager exists on the system, running with special authorities are required.
