When a file to be copied has enabled permissions or masks which provide row and column access control (RCAC), the default value of the Allow when access controlled (ALWACCCTL) parameter is *NO. This prevents the command from running.
You can optionally specify *YES to allow a file that has enabled permissions or masks to be copied. Be aware that when *YES is specified, the data in the resulting file depends on the access granted to the user profile used to run the command. Data to which the user is not authorized (rows, columns, or data within fields) will not be copied to the resulting file or may have different values (nulls or other values as determined by the administrator who defines access control). Copying a file when you do not have the necessary access to protected data is not recommended.
