You could define five CPYACTF jobs and eight RGZACTF jobs to group GRP1. You could use the CHGPRMGRP command to set all the jobs in GRP1 to idle, request that the idled group of jobs resume processing, or cancel all the jobs in GRP1 with one command.

For example, if you submit several jobs under the group GRP1. You then use the CHGPRMGRP command to set GRP1 to IDLE(*YES). Both the running jobs and any jobs that are submitted later using GRP1 would idle. To change the status of GRP1, you can reset it using the CHGPRMGRP command, or use the options on the Work with Copy Status display to override active jobs one at a time.

By using the CHGPRMGRP command to set IDLE(*NO) all of the GRP1 jobs can be set to finish at once. You can also use option 14 on the Work with Copy Status display to release selected jobs in GRP1, allowing them to finish and leaving the rest to remain idling.
