In environments that do not use application groups, option 5 (Start or complete switch using Switch Asst.) on the MIMIX Basic Main Menu is designed to simplify switching by using a default MIMIX Model Switch Framework implementation. When you use this option, MIMIX keeps track of which phase of the switch process you are in. You will see a confirmation display that is appropriate for each phase. Each phase will prompt the Run Switch Framework command (RUNSWTFWK) with your default switch framework and appropriate values for the phase.
