You can control whether each data protection report on a system will be submitted automatically. Use these instructions to disable or enable only the automatic submission of a report. You can always manually submit a request to run a report by running the appropriate procedure.
The change is effective immediately. Any report in progress at the time of the change is not affected.
Do the following from the management system:
To access the data protection reports for a specific system, do the following:

From the MIMIX Intermediate Main Menu, select option
2
(Work with systems) and press Enter. -
From the Work with Systems display, select option
21
(Procedure status) next to the system you want and press Enter.

- The Work with Procedure Status display appears showing all procedures that can run
on the selected system. Type

(Change schedule) next to the procedure you want to change and press Enter.Note: Only procedures named CRTDPRDIR, CRTDPRFLR, and CRTDPRLIB are data protection reports that be scheduled for automatic submission by MIMIX. -
The Set MIMIX Schedules (SETMMXSCD) command appears, showing the schedule type as *PROC and the selected procedure and node. Press Enter, then press Page Down.

The current values for the Schedule prompts are displayed. At the State prompt specify the appropriate value:

Specify
*DISABLED
to disable the report from being submitted automatically on the specified system. -
Specify
*ENABLED
to enable the report for automatic submission on the specified system.
