Changing scheduling criteria for automatic reports - assure_mimix - 10.0

A report schedule is specific to a data protection report and the system on which it runs. A change to a report’s scheduling information is effective immediately. If a report is in progress at the time its scheduling information is changed, the change is effective on the next automatic run of the report’s procedure.

Do the following from the management system:

1. To access the data protection reports for a specific system, do the following:

   1. From the MIMIX Intermediate Main Menu, select option 2 (Work with systems) and press Enter.

   2. From the Work with Systems display, select option 21 (Procedure status) next to the system you want and press Enter.

2. The Work with Procedure Status display appears showing all procedures of type *NODE that can run on the selected system. Type 37 (Change schedule) next to the procedure you want to change and press Enter.

   Note: Only procedures named CRTDPRDIR, CRTDPRFLR, and CRTDPRLIB are data protection reports that be scheduled for automatic submission by MIMIX.

3. The Set MIMIX Schedules (SETMMXSCD) command appears, showing the schedule type as *PROC and the selected procedure and node. Press Enter, then press Page Down.

4. The current values for the Schedule prompts are displayed. Specify the values you want for these prompts:

   • Frequency

   • Scheduled date

   • Scheduled day

   • Scheduled time

   • Relative day of month

5. To make the changes effective, press Enter.
