Audits run for individual data groups. To check whether auditing problems exist for data groups in an installation, do the following:

To access the Work with Data Groups display, either select option

from the MIMIX Basic Main menu or select option1
from the MIMIX Intermediate Main menu and press Enter. -
The Audits field located in the upper right of the display identifies the total number of audits in the installation that require action to correct a problem or to prevent a situation from becoming a problem

Highlighting on the Audits field indicates the severity of the errors.
Red — At least one audit either failed, ended, has unresolved differences, did not run and *NOTRUN status was considered an error by policies in effect at runtime, or is out of compliance.
Yellow — At least one audit either did not run and *NOTRUN status was considered a warning by policies in effect at runtime, ignored some objects and the *IGNOBJ status was considered a warning by policies in effect at runtime, is out of compliance and currently active, or is approaching out of compliance.

Press F7 (Audits) to access the Work with Audits display.

The display opens to the view that includes the highest severity errors, which may be runtime or compliance.

If the Audit Status column is displayed, there is a problem with the runtime status of an audit. Continue with Resolving audit runtime status problems.

If the Compliance column is displayed, there is a problem with compliance for an audit. Continue with Resolving audit compliance status problems.
