Using a different job description for an autostart job entry - assure_mimix - 10.0

When MIMIX manages autostart job entries for the STRSVR command, the default job description used to submit the job is named MIMIXCMN in library MIMIXQGPL. If you want the STRSVR request to run using a different job description, you can do the following:

1. Identify the job description and library for the autostart job entry using the procedure in Identifying the current autostart job entry information.

2. Type CHGJOBD and press F4 (Prompt). The Change Job Description display appears. Do the following:

   1. For the Job description and Library prompts, specify the job description and library names from in Step 1.
   2. Press F10 (Additional parameters), then Page Down.
   3. The the Request data or command prompt shows the current values of the STRSVR command. Change the JOBD parameter shown to specify the library and job description you want.

      Important! Change only the JOBD information for the STRSVR command specified within the RQSDTA parameter. Do not change the HOST or PORT values when the autostart job entry that is managed by MIMIX.

   4. Press Enter.
