By creating a data group definition, you identify to MIMIX the characteristics of how replication occurs between two systems. You must have at least one data group definition in order to perform replication.
In an Intra environment, a data group definition defines how replication occurs between the two product libraries used by INTRA.
Once data group definitions exist for MIMIX, they can also be used by the Assure MIMIX Promoter product.
