When you use the Assure UI portal, you can set up subscriptions to automatically inform specific users when certain events occur within MIMIX instances.
Each configured subscription identifies an instance to be monitored, who to inform when monitored events occur, and how to inform those users.
The MIMIX portal application provides a set of events that can occur and for which a subscription can monitor. When a subscription is created, the events that are considered best practice to monitor for and to take action to quickly correct are automatically associated with a subscription. The MIMIX portal application provides additional events that you can add to a subscription.
Once subscriptions are configured within the Assure UI portal, they monitor MIMIX product instances without user interaction. When a monitored event occurs within an instance for which a subscription exists, The Assure UI portal automatically takes a predetermined action, such as sending an email to one or more users. Additional user action may be required to address the indicated event.
