As part of this exercise, use the Connect CDC Director SQL query utility (described in When you are finished using Connect CDC MonCon) or your database query utility to update one or more of the mapped columns in your source test table.
The updating user ID cannot be the Replication user value specified for DBMS logon IDs on the Server Properties page for the source server for any database application. Updates with this user ID are not captured for replication.
The following DBMS logon user IDs will not capture changes for replication:
